Parking is available for Leader Bank Pavilion patrons at the Seaport Hotel Garage and the South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center (SBWTC) Garage, both are within a short walk of the Pavilion. The Seaport Hotel Garage can be accessed from Seaport Boulevard. The Seaport Boulevard entrance is at the intersection of Seaport Boulevard and B Street, three blocks before the Leader Bank Pavilion. The SBWTC Garage is at 503 Congress Street. The entrance is located at the stop light on Congress and Seaport Lane. Accessible Seating - Accessible tickets can be purchased online, at Box Office and Ticketmaster via phone. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETATION: If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to leaderbankpavilion@livenation.com at least 2 weeks in advance, after you have purchased your tickets, so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. Rules and Restrictions: All events take place rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges. No lawn chairs. No food or beverages (except factory sealed bottles of water). There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere at the venue. No Re Admission Ticket limit of 8 per purchase is standard (with some exceptions). Backpacks and Large Bags: To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12x 6x 12 and/or small clutch bags (4.x 6.5). No other bags of any type will be allowed. Camera Policy: Personal, non-professional cameras are allowed in the venue unless they are prohibited by the artist. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Group Sales: No group discounts. Functions may be booked through the venue administration office. Weapons Prohibited: Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venue. Leader Bank Pavilion does not provide weapon lockers. Weapons may not be checked in at the Guest Services kiosk. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, and knives with blades over 2 inches in length. Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the venue or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be evicted from the venue.
