Grand Casino Arena is serviced by two parking ramps (RiverCentre and Kellogg) directly connected to the complex. Pre-paid parking is available in the RiverCentre ramp. Please visit the event page of the specific event you are attending or go to the Grand Casino Arena website, Plan Your Visit, Parking to purchase pre-paid parking. - The Saint Paul RiverCentre ramp is situated across from Saint Paul RiverCentre/ Grand Casino Arena with the entrance located on the south side of Kellogg Boulevard. - The Kellogg ramp is below Saint Paul RiverCentre with the entrance located on the north side of Kellogg Boulevard. Cameras with a detachable lens or lens of more than two (2) inches are prohibited from all Grand Casino Arena concerts. The use of flash photography may also be prohibited. The event producer reserves the right to deny camera use at any time before or during the event and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable. Video recorders or digital cameras with recording capabilities are prohibited at any time during an event. Xcel Energy Center Grand Casino Arena reserves the right to examine and prohibit use of any camera that staff deem unacceptable. Audio recorders are not allowed at any time. Cans, bottles, coolers and other outside food and beverages are not allowed. For safety and speed of entry, we strongly discourage guests from bringing bags of any kind to events at Xcel Energy CenterGrand Casino Arena. Purses no larger than 12" x 12" x 6" are allowed at designated X-ray entry points. This applies to all purses, including clear bags. Backpacks, coolers or large totes are prohibited. Medical and parenting bags are permitted and subject to X-ray screening. Wristlet, clutch or wallets 4" x 6" x 1.5" or smaller are allowed at all entrances and subject to inspection.
